Annulus thermal recovery pump oil well is an improved feedback type heavy oil pump, which retains the original advantages and changes the oil inlet valve to a circulation valve, which increases the flow area, shortens the oil inlet process, and thus reduces the oil inlet resistance. At the same time, the lower pump adopts a short pump barrel and a long plunger, which can effectively avoid sand jam. Annulus thermal recovery pump oil well is suitable for 7” cased wells, and 57/p38 pumps can also be used for 5 1/2” cased wells.

Annulus thermal recovery pump oil well adopts a combination design of long plunger and short pump body, which greatly shortens the liquid inlet pipeline and avoids the poor operation of the oil well due to sand blockage. The short pump body design not only improves the fluid flow efficiency, but also makes the overall volume of high volume pumping with sucker rods more compact and more adaptable.

4. This design reduces the fluid resistance of the pump body and the oil inlet pipeline to a minimum, thereby improving the overall performance of the high volume pumping with sucker rods.
