The columnar polished rod centraliser is a downhole oil mechanical device for centralizing the sucker rod, which can reduce the friction between the rod and the pipe and enhance the oil production life of the oil pump. The columnar sucker rod guide centraliser consists of a core rod, a centralizing sleeve (the centralizing sleeve is divided into two materials: metal spray welding and nylon), and a lock nut.
We recommend using a columnar spiral sucker rod centralizer with a spindle on the sucker rod because it can reduce the wear of the rod column and the oil well tubing. The centralizer can be fixed. The columnar sucker rod centralizer with a spindle can be directly installed on the rod body by pressure die-casting. The columnar sucker rod centralizer with a spindle is located between the locks on the rod body, which can provide wear protection. The columnar spiral sucker rod centralizer can also prevent the formation of deposits inside the oil well pipe to avoid increasing the time of well maintenance.
