1.Physical protective layer-customized anti-vibration packaging:
Each of our brass pump barrels will undergo a standardized packaging process before leaving the factory: in the first step, we will use a gas phase anti-rust film (VCI) to completely wrap the cylinder of the brass pump barrels brass pump cylinder to block the erosion of sea salt spray; then we will fix the main body of the pump cylinder with a high-strength PE lining mold, and pass the simulated transportation vibration test (in line with ASTM D4169 standard), it is confirmed that it can withstand 3G acceleration impact; finally, we will load the brass pump barrels into a 12cm thick wooden box, and special steel corner guards will be installed at the four corners of the box, with a compressive strength of 800kg/m2.This design has been verified by a 1.5-meter vertical drop test, the structure of the box is not deformed, and the integrity rate of the internal brass pump barrel can reach 100%.
2.Environmental control layer-full temperature and humidity control:
In view of the characteristics of brass materials, dynamic environmental management is implemented throughout the transportation process: the shipping container is equipped with a temperature and humidity sensor and a linkage control module, and the drying device is automatically activated when the humidity exceeds 50%RH, and the temperature fluctuation is controlled within ±5℃; for air transportation, a constant temperature air box is used, with a built-in buffer air cushion and heat insulation layer to ensure that the temperature difference in the cabin is ≤2℃. The scheme effectively copes with extreme weather environments such as high humidity at the equator and low temperature at the polar regions, and guarantees the stability of the brass pump barrel material.
3.Digital monitoring layer-full link traceability management:
Based on the ”one thing, one code" tracking system, we can visualize the whole process of the brass pump barrel during transportation: the loading and unloading link will monitor the operation of the forklift in real time through AI behavior recognition technology, and the violation will trigger an instant alarm; the path planning system accesses real-time data from global ports to automatically avoid congestion and reduce transit risks, after arrival, customers can upload the sign-for image by scanning the code, and the data is synchronized to the company's quality control platform. Such a system shortens the time limit for abnormal transportation response to less than 4 hours, and the record of international transportation claims in 2024 will be zero.
