On November 5, 2024, a customer team from Russia visited the factory and conducted on-site visits and exchanges on our production base and core products: API type rod pump, API type tubing pump, etc. This visit not only deepened our cooperative relationship, but also once again verified the superior performance and reliability of our products in extremely cold areas.
Accompanied by technicians, the customer visited the workshop site and focused on the key component processing and product assembly process of our company. During the process, our technicians explained each production process in detail, and the customer asked questions, recorded, and nodded frequently. The two sides discussed the application details in front of each product sample, and gestured the parameters and improvement suggestions on the drawings.
One of the links left a particularly deep impression on us. The customer carefully examined the pump body we were assembling, touched the metal joints with his hands, and then looked up and said to me: "This material and process are no problem in our place under the conditions of minus thirty or forty degrees." When I heard this, I was actually quite excited. Isn't this what we have been working hard for? Let our products be trusted and used by those who really need them, regardless of the cold and the environment.
After the visit, we drank tea and chatted in the conference room, talking about the winter, diet, and family in China and Russia, and even shared our understanding of each other's work. They said it was a "warm" factory trip, and I sincerely feel that such exchanges are the beginning of truly meaningful cooperation.
This reception of Russian customers is not only a work task for us, but also a "hearted" meeting. Their recognition is the best response to our insistence on quality and craftsmanship. And the suggestions and feedback they brought also let me see the broader prospects of our products in the international market.
