Following the conclusion of the Spring Festival holiday, Dongsheng Company has fully resumed operations. Currently, all workshops across the facility are operating at full capacity, with a primary focus on ensuring the timely delivery of orders backlog accumulated prior to the holiday, as well as newly received market orders.
Workshop Operations
Component Machining: CNC machine tools are running around the clock; technicians are monitoring processing parameters in real-time to ensure the dimensional precision of pump barrels and high-precision components.
Core Processes: The pump barrel machining zone is currently undergoing the honing process to enhance the smoothness of the inner walls; simultaneously, the plunger grinding process is underway to ensure the products' wear resistance.
Process Control: From raw material warehousing to final assembly, standardized operating procedures are strictly implemented at every stage to guarantee product consistency.
Markets and Applications
Dongsheng Company specializes in the manufacturing of oilfield extraction equipment and downhole tools. Its products have been deployed in major domestic oilfields and exported to international markets—including North America and Central Asia—where the company has established long-term supply relationships with numerous oilfield operators.
