Anti-Corrosion Coating: Each pump is coated with high-grade rust preventive oil and wrapped in VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) film to withstand high-humidity maritime environments.
Thread Protection: All API standard threads are fitted with heavy-duty plastic or metal thread protectors to prevent impact damage.
Reinforced Wooden Cases: We use IPPC-certified fumigation-free wooden boxes or reinforced steel-frame crates. The pumps are secured with internal cradles (V-blocks) to ensure they remain perfectly straight and do not shift during crane handling.
Standard Identification: Each crate is marked with lifting points, weight, and API serial numbers for easy tracking and safe onsite handling.
