Established in 2000, Tieling Dongsheng Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd., covering an area of over 20,000 square meters, is one of China's leading pump manufacturers. With registered capital of RMB 56 million, the company currently employs hundreds of people, including 20 professional engineers and technicians. After more than 20 years of development, we have established a complete industrial chain integrating R&D, manufacturing, testing, and service, with an annual production capacity of over 20,000 sucker rod pumps and specialty sucker rod pumps.
Team and R&D Strength
We also have a highly qualified, collaborative professional team comprised of multiple core departments, each with its own responsibilities, working collaboratively to provide customers with high-quality products and comprehensive services. These include Production, R&D, PMC, QA&QC, Engineering, Sales, and a service team. Many of our engineers have over ten years of experience in oilfield equipment R&D and have been involved in key projects for CNPC and Sinopec. We continuously invest in R&D, developing high-end products such as new sand control pumps and spray-coated metal plungers. We also maintain technical collaborations with research institutions to continuously improve product performance and reliability.
Production and Quality Management
Our company boasts a modern production workshop equipped with advanced processing and assembly equipment and employs an ERP lean production management system, ensuring full process traceability. Our testing center is equipped with advanced instruments such as metallographic analysis, ultrasonic testing, and life testing for product quality assurance. We are ISO9001 certified and hold API 11AX international certification.
Products and Market Applications
Our product line includes over 100 products and accessories, including sucker rod pumps, long plunger sand control pumps, oil drains, centralizers, and spray-coated metal plungers. These products are widely used in key domestic oilfields such as Liaohe, Daqing, Changqing, and Shengli. Thanks to our consistent and reliable quality, our products are exported to countries and regions including the United States, Canada, Romania, and Indonesia, earning the long-term trust of our global customers.
